Sunset Sail with Chris Diller

The lead vocalist of Baltimore’s favorite local rock band has transitioned from big name music venues and local radio spins to nightly shows at bars and restaurants along the eastern seaboard. Experimenting with instrumentation and multiple stage plots, Diller’s signature setup now includes a kick drum, snare drum, tambourine, electric amps and a crash cymbal triggered by a bicycle brake cable. (His set will be acoustic without the drum kit aboard. We don’t want it going for a swim.)

The energetic one-man-band is a product of 7 years of shows, countless studio hours and life in a rock band. The style echoes the post Railaway era, but the music has found new life – it’s the sound of a new wave of rock-folk and alt-country music buzzing in the Mid-Atlantic.

Diller’s three independent EP’s including “From Now On” (2016) are available online for download and streaming. The soulful singer is living the dream, sharing new songs and meeting new friends at each stop along the journey.
